Step into Health is a fun, social and life-changing 12-week course open to adults, men & women, over 50 years old. The sessions combine accessible physical activity with practical guidance on ways to improve physical wellbeing.
Don’t worry if you’ve not played since your schooldays, our sessions are designed to ease you back into being a bit more active and are suitable for all levels of fitness.
Step into health is delivered in partnership with Drinkaware UK, to help older adults drink a little less and feel a lot better.

Walking Netball

Haven’t played netball in years? Or perhaps you’ve never tried it before but would love to give it a go?
Our Walking Netball group is ideal for adults over 50 who want to stay active in a fun, friendly, and supportive environment. The pace is gentler, the focus is on enjoyment, and everyone is welcome.
This isn’t about competition or keeping score: it’s about moving at your own pace, having a laugh, and enjoying the social side of the game. Come along, meet new people, and rediscover the joy of netball in a relaxed setting.

Haven’t played football in a while? Or maybe you’d like to try something new at your own pace?
This session is designed especially for over 50 who want to enjoy a gentle, social kickabout in a friendly and relaxed environment. We know Walking Football is very popular in Edinburgh and can sometimes feel quite competitive: that’s why our sessions focus on enjoyment, light activity, and good company.
No pressure, no competition: just a chance to move, have a laugh, and enjoy the game.
