Empowering young people
That’s Me! aims to make a positive impact to teenagers and young adults, who could benefit from wellbeing support through one-to-one or group sessions.
This project was set up when our charity identified a gap in support services for young people S1 upwards, and enables young people to socialise, make new friends, boost their confidence and be themselves without any judgement.
Project times and info:
- Thursdays from 5pm - 7pm, during term time
- The Shed, Tynecastle Park - the home of Heart of Midlothian FC
- Young people aged 13-18
