T.E.A.M Project

Helping local school pupils build connections

In September 2017, we launched the T.E.A.M Project, initiating a new area of work for Big Hearts.

T.E.A.M – for Together Equality Achieves More – aims to improve the emotional wellbeing and increase social connections of young people regardless of their backgrounds.

The programme helps local school pupils make new friends in their neighbourhood and be part of a diverse community where all cultures thrive together.

Each week, we welcome a group of young people to take part in a set of after school activities – including arts and crafts, football and other engaging games. Each session includes a healthy snack.
