Big Hearts & Fostering Compassion – Summer Activity!

This summer we are delighted to be holding further Big Hearts & Fostering Compassion workshops for Kinship Care Families.

The workshops, which were a huge success when held in April, are designed to provide different and varied experiences that help to develop the child’s emotional literacy and resilience, helping them to find new and healthier ways to express their emotions.

Three workshops will be held this summer:

  • July 18th Storytelling and Reading with Dogs at Tynecastle
  • July 27th Five Sisters Zoo Workshop
  • August 3rd Gorgie City Farm Workshop

More information on Fostering Compassion can be found at: https://www.fosteringcompassion.org/

Spaces are available now and can be secured by emailing: kinship@bighearts.org.uk
