Last month marked one year of Big Hearts & Yard working together on Big Hearts’ online presence.
12 months ago, Big Hearts was dealing with an outdated website that suffered from a lack of ability both to collect data and to effectively engage with its stakeholders, but the last year has been a trans-formative one with fantastic results.
Thanks to the fantastic pro-bono work of Yard Digital, Big Hearts now has:
- A responsive website which allows the charity to share its latest news, programme updates and volunteering opportunities.
- Nearly 1200 signed up Big Hearts Supporters.
- Close to 100 active volunteers.
- An email system which ensures Big Hearts Supporters get the latest updates direct to their inbox, with an average open rate of 52.91% – well above the industry standard.
